API Pumps: API 610The CPC HDR Pump (BB2) is an API 610-compliant hydrocarbon pump engineered for maximum hydraulic coverage and application-specific optimization. Designed with 300# flange ratings and available in side suction or top suction configurations, it ensures seamless integration into demanding industrial processes. Constructed from API 610 Table H-1, S-4 through D-2 materials, it delivers superior durability and corrosion resistance.
Built for reliability, the rigid shaft design minimizes deflection, while a close-clearance metalized carbon throat bushing enhances stuffing box control. Cylindrical roller radial bearings and duplex angular contact 7300 series thrust bearings provide exceptional load handling, complemented by Inpro/Seal bearing housing isolators for added protection. A heavy-duty baseplate, available in drip rim or drip pan designs, ensures stability and long service life.
