Leistritz Multiphase Pump

Industry Standard
API 676

Leistritz Multiphase Pumps are connected upstream of any process equipment. This eliminates the need for onsite separators, heater treaters, wash tanks, crude/water tanks, complicated control systems, separate gas/oil pipelines, multiple pieces of rotating equipment and flaring. The utilization of Multiphase Pumps at the well pad and/or gathering facilities, allows operators to centralize process facilities, reduce the local environmental impact and footprint at the well site, and most importantly – operate safely and reliably

Multiphase Wellhead Boosting System (MWS)

The Leistritz Multiphase Wellhead Boosting System (MWS) is a proven and economical method of artificial lift that accelerates production by lowering wellhead pressure and/or boosting discharge pressure to buck pipeline pressure.

Multiphase Blow Down Unit (MBDU)

Leistritz Multiphase Blow Down Unit (MBDU) is a portable, self-contained unit that simultaneously evacuates both the liquids and gases trapped and boosts the well pressure allowing the gas and trapped liquids to start flowing.

Multiphase Gathering System

The Leistritz Multiphase Gathering System (MGS) a larger version of the MWS, designed to handle production from multiple wells.

Multiphase Annulus Gas Unit

Multiphase Annulus Gas Unit (MAGU). These self-contained units efficiently boost gas and liquids coming from the annulus and boost the multiphase flow directly into the pipeline back to the satellite or battery.

Plunger Assisting Multiphase Pump (PAMP)

The Plunger Assisting Multiphase Pump (PAMP), can stimulate your well’s plunger operations by removing the fluids above the plunger and reinjecting the gas through the annulus to increase run efficiency and decrease the downtime for pressure accumulation.

Multiphase VRU

The Multiphase VRU helps you achieve emission goals by compressing the gas and gas associated fluids into the flowlines.
