ASME B73.1 & B73.2The WPV-B is a flexibly coupled, vertical inline single stage pump incorporating a heavy-duty steel bearing housing to carry the loads generated by the impeller, thereby eliminating additional loads on the motor bearings and allowing the use of standard design motors. Duplex 40°, back-to-back, angular contact thrust bearings, and a cylindrical roller radial bearing provide a basic L10 rating of 25,000 hours continuous operation at rated conditions. The housing is sealed with labyrinth bearing isolators and is supplied for grease or oil mist lubrication.
