Westpower’s annual Pig Roast is back on Friday, September 29th 2023!
In 1995, in an effort to honour customer and supplier contributions, Westpower kicked off the first-ever Pig Roast at our facility in the Foothills Industrial area of Calgary, Alberta. Held in the fall, the Pig Roast is a spirited and entertaining evening like no other. Our guests encompass a broad cross-section of the industry, including engineering companies, end users, field service providers, suppliers, and even competitors.
The renowned annual Westpower Pig Roast is one our industry’s favourite times to mingle and network while enjoying a wonderful dinner, a fun-money casino, prizes, live entertainment, and specialty bars. As a kickoff to the Christmas party season, the Westpower Pig Roast offers our guests an opportunity to contribute to local charities. Over the years, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for important local causes.

This year, we are proud to support the work of CP Kids & Families. This family-focused community leader provides support, resources and opportunities to children living with physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy, throughout their life journey. We have been proudly involved in manufacturing parts for their incredible Adapted Bike Program that ensures children, youth and young adults with physical disabilities know the simple joy of riding a bike.
